Marginal Channel Country
Marginal Country……that’s what we live in, meaning, in part, rain is marginal…… we live in a 8-9 inch (200-225mm) rainfall country, so we don’t ask for much. You look after the land out here when it dries off, wait for the rain, and the land will respond, green, seeding grasses that dry off, but still full of goodness.

Nikon and I got re-acquainted, thanks to nature
Some who don’t think a camera is an extension of oneself most likely wouldn’t understand that some, like myself, going NINE days between using your camera is like a lifetime …….. LOL, that is a bit dramatic, but you get the “picture” ……. a road trip, a bit of fatigue, had me stopping at a roadside BBQ/toilet area that had a lot of flora that made my finger itchy ….. I hope you enjoy the results.

Ginormous Crazy Magic Clouds (Goodwood Jan 2017)
My whole challenge of my Australian Outback photography is the light, we have massive amounts of it, because of our #bigskycounty #wideopenspace. To capture the colour as I see it, to share with those that look at my photography, is a passion of mine. I have a camera that I can adjust, to the light, […]
