The start of Boulia’s 25 April, is like most towns and places that commemorate ANZAC Day around Australia and the World, with a Dawn Service. “Anzac Day (/ˈænzæk/) is a national day of remembrance in Australia and New Zealand that broadly commemorates all Australians and New Zealanders “who served and died in all wars, conflicts, and peacekeeping operations” and “the […]
#BossMan bought cattle from Jericho, earlier in the year, we trucked them to Lucknow 21 March and the first mob to Goodwood on the 22 March. The ones that were dropped off at Lucknow were processed and put in their rightful paddock. The 847 cows and weaners that were brought separately to Goodwood had to […]
You know the saying, the story behind the photo or a picture paints a thousand words? You could let your imagination run wild if given a photo, and one image could give an array of emotions to many people. (Children have been given photos to make up stories as English projects. I also think media […]

Warning a bit of eagle spam When I was younger, and we would sit around as kids and talk about what you would be if you were reincarnated. Didn’t do this? Oh well we did. I always thought I would come back as an eagle and soar the Grand Canyon. I have never been to […]
Marginal Country……that’s what we live in, meaning, in part, rain is marginal…… we live in a 8-9 inch (200-225mm) rainfall country, so we don’t ask for much. You look after the land out here when it dries off, wait for the rain, and the land will respond, green, seeding grasses that dry off, but still full of goodness.
Some who don’t think a camera is an extension of oneself most likely wouldn’t understand that some, like myself, going NINE days between using your camera is like a lifetime …….. LOL, that is a bit dramatic, but you get the “picture” ……. a road trip, a bit of fatigue, had me stopping at a roadside BBQ/toilet area that had a lot of flora that made my finger itchy ….. I hope you enjoy the results.
